Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt.

STANDARD UK DELIVERY – £4.95

Standard delivery within the UK costs £4.95 irrespective of the weight of the parcel. Orders are sent out by Royal Mail Recorded and should ordinarily arrive within two or three working days. If no-one is at the specified delivery address when the postman attempts delivery, you can ask him/her to leave the package in a ‘safe place’ – i.e. in the porch, with a neighbour etc. Simply enter your designated place under delivery instructions. Otherwise, the parcel will be returned to your local sorting office where it will be held for three weeks.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY – £9.00

We are happy to send parcels to addresses anywhere in Europe. These are charged at £9 an order and can take a week to arrive. This price does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible.

REST OF THE WORLD – £12.00

We are happy to send parcels to most addresses outside Europe. These are charged at £12 an order and can take up to 10 days to arrive.
