A passion for country living

A lifelong passion for textiles and country life led Mollie Sash to a career designing fabrics for the most prestigious fashion houses in the world and inspired her to develop the Mollie Sash range of handmade country attire.

Country clothing inspired by the outdoors

Born in a village at the heart of the Yorkshire textile industry, her childhood was spent among small weaver’s cottages which cling to the steep-sided valley. The village below dominated by the chimneys of the local mills.

The inspiration for the handmade clothing uniquely created for Mollie Sash began with the rainbow colours of the fibres that escaped the bales and decorated the streets outside the dye house.

Being immersed in the textile industry – and the rich, earthy tones and raw beauty of the moors – fired Mollie’s ambition to become a designer and led to her vision for a Yorkshire country clothing line.

Lovingly crafted from the finest materials, the range of handmade hats and bags and printed scarves are all exclusive to Mollie Sash. All designs are created in house and fabrics are woven and printed locally.
